   Rooms are colored eccentrically and the decor in the central lobby throws you off. Staff is friendly, parking is a pain, even if you pay. It is centrally located in the city area, that is the biggest advantage but good luck in finding it using your GpS.

   Positives: Central location, super handy to everything Comfy bed Negatives: Parking - Pay for parking at the hotel on a first come basis $35. If there are no parks in the hotel parking then its on the street or down the road in a parking building. Lights - Main lights in room (651) did not work...discovered this late at night day before we left. Might need someone to look at that. Shower - water goes all over the bathroom floor Self check in.

   Just wonderful! Stayed here years ago when it was the C&Q Hotel, and it was comfortable, but oh my, what an amazing hotel it is now! The rooms are gorgeous, incredibly comfortable and well appointed, lovely temperature and so quiet! They must have installed some good sound proofing, because the location is a busy street with lots of foot traffic, but absolutely silent in my room. And the restaurant (Lola Rouge) is fantastic. The whole place feels very opulent and luxurious. Can't fault a single thing. Highly recommend.

   Great hotel overall, but a few letdowns. We enjoyed our stay – the hotel is lovely. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t heated and the spa was out of action, which was disappointing as one of the main reasons we booked was so our little girl could enjoy a swim. There were also a couple of small design and comfort issues: the toilet roll holder is awkwardly placed right next to the shower, meaning it gets wet, and the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, often changing temperature on its own.

   Good location and interesting design. We had issues like finding dirty earbuds in hallway, room not serviced, no robes, bowls etc in room. Corners are cut while price remains up there. We raised our missing bottle of wine on arrival and coffee in room with reception but still wasn’t addressed…

   Had an amazing stay in the quirky hotel - will definitely stay again. Top service from Lola Rouge restaurant could possibly train staff in what's on the menu in regards to heat, fl weavour, dish sizing e.g., sharing plate is enough for four people yet there's six people at the table, and cocktails didn't match what we'd ordered at the bar previously however the manager was very apologetic.

   Website uses sensationalist language that no place in reality could live up to. During our stay someone from housekeeping just let themselves into our room without knocking or warning, whilst I was in toilet and my partner watching tv, our room had already been cleaned but he forgot towels. He apologised but this is not really ok. Our checkin time was at 3, when we arrived the room wasn’t ready until 4.30, they asked us to wait in lobby so we were sitting waiting for 90 mins. Staff were nice and the room was clean and nice. I liked the heated mirror so that it doesn’t steam up when you have a shower, however not super conscious of the current climate/ energy state.
