Stay here every year,get well looked after for price. Sheila is the host with the most for super service going above and beyond. Great location and good rooms. Great views of the city.
Just 5 out of 5 easily. Top location, free secure parking, excellent price for what you get and... The service. We had one of the warmest welcomes of our trip in New Zealand. The hostess took her time even though we stayed for just one night. She gave us a lot of tips on a paper for our trip to Tongariro the next day. Overall, just excellent. And I hope she cracks the Mirror version of Rubiss Cube. We where in Aw how for she got so far!
Excellent place to stay and great price and location. The room was more modern than we expected. Newish carpet. The double beds were so comfortable which was a huge bonus for 2x people with sore bodies. The kitchen was great and bathroom really nice. Location was great with plenty of eateries within walking distance. No noise from the streets. The flood lights were too bright at night, they shone through around the curtains. This would have been our only issue. The staff were friendly. Accommodation was clean. Having the added carpark with the booking was one of the selling points for us. We are so glad that we decided to stay here. If we're ever lucky to be able to attend WOW again, this will definitely be our choice of accommodation.
Stayed one night and was really impressed. The location's ideal — just a short walk to Cuba Street. Free secured parking was a huge bonus. Staff were outstanding — super accommodating and even sorted me out with a charger when I forgot mine. The room was more modern than I expected, very clean, with a great bathroom and a wall heater which was perfect for the chilly night. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, with car parking included. Very accommodating staff let us park after check out in the car park until we had to leave to catch ferry at 11 am. This allowed us to explore on foot. The room was warm, comfortable and quiet with nice views.
Friendly staff and good value rooms. Our room had recently been renovated. Could be a bit cleaner.
This exceeded my expectations! The rooms were super clean, modern and spacious. The staff were also really friendly and we were upgraded to a newly renovated room.
The motel is extremely central. The room were also nice and clean but the best thing was the service. I think her name was Sheila. She did everything to help us with all the questions we had regarding our trip through NZ
