This is the normal world. But we had to carry our luggage 8 flights of stairs, no elevator. And across the street to accomodations. I did aske hotel, if there was a spot in front of hotel where we could drop off luggage; I was told non. At the hotel, there was a spot. Lugging down suitcases 8 flights of stairs was training. Good for bone density.

Apartment not serviced, but has everything needed to look after yourself. Great location and price. No parking on site but has a Wilson parking across the road.

Kia Ora very nice accomodation good rooms and very nice staff rental parking directly across the street. Wasnβt aware they can offer 24 hour parking there.

Good location, however rooms are a bit dated. Pamphlet left on the bed had stains on the back (??), fans havenβt had a dust in years, and no air con in the rooms. Bed was comfortable and check in was easy, service friendly.

Spacious, clean and tidy, small bathroom but that allows for the washing machine, watch your toes on the doorstop though! Great service, large sliding door partially barriered off was great as it was hot with no AC. Parking building across the road was perfect. Arborist Bar below hotel is awesome too.

Good rooms, not new, but all correct and functional. Stuff very friendly. So many caffès and restaurants around in 2 min walk. Silent room. Negative small points: 1. No parking, need to be paid additionally, need to be a very good driver to park at that Willson parking 2. mattress is old and very soft, very uncontrollable for people with back pain 3. Shower cabin is not isolated for water well, so water is always on the floor in bathroom and make floor super slippery, this could be dangerous. I would turn back

Highly recommend Astelia apartment for short term stays, the room was spacious (we stayed in one bedroom apartment) and has everything we need i.e. laundry detergent to dishwasher liquid. It felt like home away from home. Staff were friendly and helpful which was a bonus. There is a food market directly opposite for dine out meal, also a New World metro about 3 min walk down Willis St. The hotel is also a short stroll from the airport express bus stop.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a short stay, it's in such a great location with heaps of good places to eat nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. A great size room for one as I needed a place to work.

Good overall. Perfect location right in the centre with loads of local places to eat. Apartment was pretty good and well equipped including a washing machine. The main reason not giving 5 stars is that the room was a bit tired, especially the bathroom, although everything worked fine. Reception staff were friendly and helpful although only part time but they left our key in a locked box outside as we arrived after hours. Good value for money overall

Good central affordable place to stay while visiting Wellington. Nothing special but well appointed and had everything you needed and was clean. Well located and an easy walk to most tourist attractions! Staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay again.
