    Absolute nightmare checking in - no one at reception, they didnt send the check in details, we spent hours trying to find someone to help the number for Urban rest didn't connect to a person - absolute nightmare nearly had to find somewhere else after booking the penthouse suite, after a few hours we managed to get hold of someone to get the check in details, the next day there were guests checking in exactly like us the day before - stressed trying to get hold of someone ... an absolute nightmare.. the room wasn't serviced during our stay so we had 1 towel each for the duration of our stay 5 days and the dryer didn't work to try wash them... Pool and gym closed for maintaince (prob because no one on site to manage) but not told about it till you get there - the apartment was great but the service is absolutely disgusting! The carpark underneath had people (homeless) sleeping in there which wasn't pleasant having to walk quite a way through it to hotel.

    Booked a 2 bedroom room with city views. Upon arrival we found a one bedroom room with a view of a concrete wall. The furniture was filthy, I had to buy cleaning products just so we could sit on the couch. The jug leaked boiling water on to the bench when used and half the cutlery was missing. Rang the phone number provided but no one answered.

    I can’t believe they allow dog in the room and it’s left alone in the room without anyone taking care of it. It’s barking every time someone enters the floor and you can hear it clearly even if you shut your door. Most importantly the apartments’s window is facing the parking lot directly which means every time there’s a car goes by you will hear it.

    Good location but pool and gym closed and still maintain the high price. Check in process via the website not seem to work very well. Forms completed and then get reminders to fill in forms. Rooms not so well maintained. Colleague even had a dining chair with a large tear in it. Payment process also not clear and o my online. Rooms small, dirty and facing a car park. Could not recommend to anyone.

    2 bedroom unit - Lounge suite was busted and sunken in areas (needs to be repaired or replaced). No air conditioning, just one small wall mounted resistive heater (made a request at reception for a portable heater). Bathroom fan is turned on from nowhere near the bathroom (odd) - which also seems to turn on ventilation in the bedroom that has no windows (and no wardrobe). Excellent room size, and not far from Cuba St. or New World Supermarket. Low to no fragrance, which is also a big bonus.

    Spent 55 days in Tory hotel, I extremely satisfied with the service! Big thanks to all front office staff for their assistance. Yetkin (receptionist) helped me to fix a few issues almost immediately and was always there to help. Appreciate the effort of staff for accommodating good experience of guests.

    Compelled to leave my first ever review….I stay in a lot of hotels and generally despise them. I’ve been at the Tory for 3 weeks whilst working on the Women’s World Cup and I’ve never been made to feel so at home. The team couldn’t be more helpful. Jordan, Yetkin et al, many thanks. Nice city views, balcony is a bonus and beds are v comfortable.
