For our stay it was amazing. Nice clean and tidy room, welcoming and helpful staff, great location to the CBD and events we were attending. I will note for the room we had the view wasn't the greatest, but we were there for the events not the view from the room.
Construction closed half the street out front. Construction noise started very early. Parking cost extra $25. If you come in your own vehicle, staying here can be frustrating. Otherwise this is a nice place convenient to many downtown venues.
Had a great stay at West Plaza. Hubby and I came to Wellington for eye surgery. Good room, comfy bed . Following surgery, the person on front desk assisted us up to our room. He read through the menu so we could order dinner. Meals were great. Wonderful service. Think his name was Nate . Thanks so much, your help was much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here
Great staff, friendly, cheerful and warm. Epic location, lovely quiet room (for a girl who lives rural, thats a must in a city!) Last minute booking due to being forced to cancel another booking at an inaccessible and difficult premises. Such a wonderful contrast to my earlier frustration, will definitely be back! Thanks team! You saved my trip!
Perfect handy location. Helpful staff. Excellent and fast room service breakfast. Only issue would be the ridiculously long shower curtains that can you trip over.
I was very impressed. Though not the most modern rooms or decor, it made uo for it in every way. My regret was not staying longer! Staff were lovely, my room was clean and very comfortable, and they were able to accommodate a special request, which was such a bonus. I've already recommended them to my friends :)
Situated in the heart of vibrant Wellington. I experienced a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed a spacious and comfortable room, excellent facilities complimented with a superb dining experience and service to match. The hotel is of an older style, but kept clean and tidy. Couldnβt be better situated for business or pleasure. Staff are willing to help and nothing was too much. Definitely a nice place to stayβ¦.
It's a very funky, modern, clean and spacious setup. The food was pretty decent, had the pasta and chicken karrage. Plenty of comfortable lounges. The rooms have plenty of space and the bathrooms are plush. Good overall experience definitely better than the norm.
