   The staff were very rude ane unprofessional when i came in. I asked a question about a product i was wanting to buy, she rolled her eyes and told me i don’t know research it yourself. Very bad service definitely won’t be back again.

   I am a health care professional working at the local hospital. I went there on Tuesday 11th April. I went there in my lunchtime to collect a medication they prescribe. I showed my ID and they knew I was in a rush. I was waiting there for several minutes and I thought they were preparing the script. I noticed that the pharmacist was browsing through some folders and I asked what was going on? She was looking for me in their system. I kindly told her that I was rushing and she did not even respond and kept looking through the paperwork. She decided to be thorough at the wrong time. That is ok but she did not explain what she wad doing and had a rude approach. She was doing her job but did not clarify or notified me of this and instead left me waiting without telling me what she was doing. Unimpressed with her whole attitude, the unfriendliness and lack of communication. Especially with a colleague. They may be competent pharmacists but at the she time, they need to be friendly and communicative. They used to have a nice pharmacist. Perhaps the person working there that day was a locum.

   I highly recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist is friendly and very helpful which is much appreciated. Doctor sends prescription through and I get a text when it's ready. They will also order things in if needed.
