   Hi, It’s Thursday evening 7pm (17th aug), I went there to check my BP and temp., she said you can sit and wait for some time before check bp but after 5min she said it’s gonna cost me $5 to check bp. I asked her from when you start charging because I came few times but nobody asked me. Moreover, if she want to charge fee, why she did not tell me when I went there inform her to check bp. I was not expecting that kind of customer service when I was already feeling dizzy.

   I miss those pharmacists who have left coz they are very friendly, helpful, professional and not condescending. The guy i spoke to today was a bit rude unlike Andrea, Kyron, Janet who have been working there for a long time and are consistently very professional when dealing with clients over the phone. Thank goodness these three senior pharmacists are still there, otherwise, i'll go to another pharmacy.

   I always went to this 7 day pharmacy because I wanted to support a fellow Cambodian business but I swear to god, one of the female pharmacists seriously needs to change her attitude. I don’t know if she’s mean to everyone but I can’t stand the way she talks to me, my family or to other people sometimes. Anyways, aside from that, keep up the good work, guys.
