   Rude, zero professionalism, rough when trimming cuticle, they are throbbing. Saw trimmed nails bits in the empty spa next to mine. Ask to fix uneven surface on gel polish. Blamed me for touching something. I was told off multiple times for not keeping my fingers a certain way so she couldn't see. Told to relax fingers, pretty hard when you worried you might end up with a cut. Foot message was good but she kept looking at the clock, yawning. Should have been a relaxing time but was the total opposite. Anything I had said was turned around and made my fault or contested. Instead of listening to her paying customer. Won't be going back here ever! Gave her feedback on my way out.

   I discovered Minh at Mint Nails and Beauty a after buying a grab one voucher. I got a full gel manicure done, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. She has great attention to detail. I requested 5x different colours and she charged extra accordingly- which is standard practice/ SO fair enough. I don’t normally get my nails done but when I do I will definitely go back to Minh. Would highly recommend!

   Our technician Minh was absolutely lovely stayed late because we my granddaughter and I came late. She is a perfectionist and her work is fabulous I would recommend Minh very highly. The centre is in need of upgrading but she’s a diamond in the rough❤️

   first nail salon i've been to in Wellington and am really disappointed. for $70 i received chunky, lumpy, and thick nails. i asked for a black french tip and the lines are completely uneven and messy. the lady redid the nails four times, drilling into my natural nails and flicking dry acrylic into my face and hair. my own blood from my cuticles are crusted into the acrylic and the entire service took close to two hours for a simple acrylic application. i was yelled at multiple times and bossed around, told the messy application and french tip was my fault etc. would never recommend this salon to anyone, don't go here.

   The staff were very nice but the quality of my nails is really poor. They are lumpy in a lot of parts and completely uneven and they just look really badly done and rushed. There is paint missing in parts and not due to chipping. The lumpiness of the nails makes me hate them. )): nice service but for $60 i feel awful about it

   This place was recommended to me by a friend who regularly goes here to get shellac. I however get SNS and would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had SNS done many times so I know the basics of what needs to be done and could see that the lady who worked on my nails didn’t have a very good idea of what she was doing. I told them I was unhappy with the result and didn’t think I should be paying what they asked me to and they said “you’re joking”. It was quite unprofessional and rude. During this time another girl was sitting there waiting to have her nails done and I could see she was getting annoyed too. Took at least an hour and a half to complete the job. I’ve attached pics so you can see the results. The black around my fingers is the SNS job I had before that they didn’t clean off properly before putting the new application on.
