   I’ve been seeing Jaz for about five years now, and I always leave with the most beautiful hair. She somehow knows exactly what I want and need every single time. Jaz consistently does an incredible job—at this point I completely trust her vision, and she always exceeds my expectations. I get so many compliments on my hair, and it’s all thanks to her. I can’t recommend Jaz and the rest of the girls here enough!

   This is in no shade whatsoever to the stylist who actually did my hair, I won’t name names because of that. The photos speak for themselves and show the obvious colour difference. I was getting these extensions for my wedding in THREE WEEKS, which I made very clear. I told the stylist that my hair had only faded half a shade from the colour I’d had put in, and that I just wanted the extensions the tiniest bit darker, keeping the red undertones, than what my hair already looked like. Instead, they came out about two full shades darker than what I’d asked for. I had even showed the stylist the formula my usual hairdresser had put INTO MY HAIR, and it still came out completely different than what I had asked for. When I tried to say that it seemed too dark and didn’t match my original colour, I was met with “it’ll be fine” and “it’ll blend better once you’ve had your colour touched up”. I even showed multiple photos of what my hair looked like (and what it would look like again on the day), and it was still nowhere near the colour of the extensions. Yes, my hair was half a shade darker in the photo I showed, I’d washed it twice since colouring, but not even close to the level of dark I was given. I left the salon feeling embarrassed and honestly didn’t want to go anywhere afterwards. I then spent the next couple of days with my Maid of Honour using clarifying shampoo trying to strip out as much of the darkness as possible. It’s still not perfect, and now I have to get them recoloured, by someone else, which is going to cost even more. For spending over $500, I don’t think it’s professional to argue with a client who’s clearly uncomfortable and unhappy with the result, especially when it’s something as important as their wedding. The most frustrating part is that the extensions she first brought over actually matched my hair closer than the ones she installed in the end. I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning. This could’ve easily ruined my wedding hair, and that’s not something any bride should have to stress over.

   I am absolutely blown away by my hair! I came in wanting that perfect, sun-kissed, surf beach-inspired blonde, and what I got was even better than I could have imagined. From the very start, the consultation was fantastic. Elyse really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted—and more importantly, what I didn't want. I left the consultation feeling completely heard and confident I was in the right hands. Her technique is incredible. She did a mix of freehand balayage and foils, and you can tell she is a true artist and a perfectionist. She's "fussy" in the best way possible—she pays insane attention to every detail to ensure the colour is seamless, multi-dimensional, and perfectly blended. There is nothing harsh or stripey about it; it’s all soft, natural-looking, and full of movement. If you want a hair colour that looks like you've spent the entire summer at the beach, you need to see her. She is a master of her craft. I won't be trusting anyone else with my hair!

   Scored an appointment same day as I was happy for an 8.15 appointment which ended up being a 7.30 appointment. The lady who took my walk in appointment booking was great. The salon is beautiful and Alana my stylist lovely. Sorry Alana if that wasn't your name. I will deffentley be back. Oh yeah and the price was on point. Great hair wash and head massage followed by a blow wave and cut 87 bucks.

   Got extensions here for the first time and overall was an okay experience! but took a bit of time to get them right. First application the extensions were very obvious (showed through my natural hair, they were placed too far forward on my head) and the colour didn’t match although I asked for it to be matched to my roots! However I booked in again to get them fixed which they did, but I had to wait another month to get them recoloured at my own cost. After it was fixed my only problem was that I wasn’t able to tie up hair without the extensions obvious, (as shown in pics). Be aware of this! wasn't really an issue for me because i had time to style my hair and don't wear it up too often anyway. I made sure to ask for a new stylist which they were very nice about. Stylists are quick and know what they’re doing, and appointments for lifting are always very fast :)

   La Villa is the best salon and Jaz is just A-MAZ-ING! I have been a client for about 8 years now and have always had the best cuts and/or colours. I tried extensions for a couple of years and my hair grew so well with them in - not even the least bit of damage. All the staff are fantastic and I can highly recommend them!!

   I wanted sumthing different done to my hair between braids and extensions. Extensions won and everytime i looked or spoke about who was good La Villa Hairdressing was mentioned so I rang and spoke to one of the lovely ladies their and to my surprise I could get in for a consultation right then. The gentleman hairdresser colored my hair, thinnd my hair out and prepped my extensions. On Thursday 6th August I went back at 1.45pm to have my extensions put in and 4.30 I was walking out the door like another looking person lol. Thank u guys at La Villa use are all amazing, friendly, people.
