   Amazing customer service and really helpful during a tire meltdown on the motorway. Managed to limp into the workshop unexpectedly and the team popped on space saver immediately so I could get to a meeting. While at meeting they ordered replacements and fitted for me when I returned a couple of hours later. Cannot recommend more highly, superb service!

   I brought in a trailer for various work including a loose wheel bearing. Both wheel bearings had been replaced two years prior, so reasonably the crown nut just needed tightening. I was subsequently charged for two new wheel bearings. Now, either the staff lack the technical experties to tighten a crown nut by one slot, or that's what they did and falsly charged me for new bearings. They guy who handled the bill was cold and would not look me in the eye, so my gut tells me it was option two. Won't be returning ...

   Sorry the review took a long time to do but here it is! Overall great service! Called in to see if they could sort out what I thought was a wheel bearing issue and they gave me a best and worst case scenario with prices and ordered the parts to fit me early the next day! Managed to add a premium service from GrabOne as well. Turns out it wasn’t a wheel bearing issue and Matt actually explained what was happening with the car so didn't have to spend heaps of money, got my service done AND managed to fit in WOF. So thank you Overbridge for making my first time experience a good one :)
