   This is the first time we sent our car to this garage. My impression is: poor service, poor skill and poor communication. If there is zero star option I would definitely select it. Our car has issue when speed up, so we called to make an appointment and asked what is the inspection fee. The guy told us just bring the car in, and he will take a look and let us know the price before he does anything in an hour or two. Ok so we sent the car to them before 9am but haven’t heard anything until 3pm. We called and answer was “not done yet”. Eventually they called us to take the car back at 5pm and charged us $130 - so they only tell you the checking fee after it is done, even though we e did asked in the appointment call. On the $130 inspection report, there is only three lines printed - “Scan vehicle for falt. Road test. Note need spark plugs and maybe coils”. These are the original text. I didn’t re-word them. I checked on both pages and nothing else. I have never seen a report like this. At this time I felt I have been ripped off. I asked the guy what are the costs to replace them. He spoke lots of things in a rush. I asked him write them down on the report as I didn’t get any of them - there are heaps of empty space on the report anyway. Then he added 2 more lines for the coils and plugs. Is $130 worth for the above? Not for me. Am I confident to send this and my other cars to this shop to check or service. NEVER.
