   We've been members for a few for a good few years now,consistently enjoying a warm welcome from the exceptional staff. Their hospitality has made a significant impact, especially on Fridays when we unwind after a hectic week. Lately, though, we've faced some challenges. We usually play until closing time, but the past three weeks, we've been asked to leave earlier, even with other patrons still present. This change seems to stem from new staff, who may not fully grasp the club's customer-centric values. We cherish this establishment and hope the original, empathetic service returns, as it's a key part of what makes the club special.

   Went to the Johnsonville club today with the intention of playing pool and with the hopes of joining the club if the tables were quality. I approached the bar and asked if we were able to use the pool tables or have a look around. The woman behind the bar asked “if we were members”, to which I replied, “no”. She informed me that as I was not a member I was not allowed. She then stood there in silence with an air of superiority and no offer of possible membership or any other options. After the extended silence I informed her “I had viewed on the website that visitors were welcome and provisional memberships were possible prior to committing to a full membership. I was met with a smirk, more silence and again no information. Had she informed me of the membership requirements I would have joined then and there instead I was left feeling “not good enough” for the johnsonville club. That treatment I received was honestly disgusting. 10/10 will never return and on top of that I will also be informing anyone who asks about the quality of customer service from the bar the manager Liz.

   Had lunch here today, amazing prices and a great selection of options available. Meals were fabulous, my meal came with the biggest fries I've ever seen. Highly recommend.
