The best kebab shop in the Hutt no any other kebab shop can be better than Arzum whoever is looking to try the best food in the hutt I highly recommend this restaurant. Very good service and very friendly people inside with fully respect. Highly recommend.
WARNING, the guy behind the counter is very rude and angry....putting an order for my child, asking for some items to not be put in, and I'm willing to buy some other salad items, he got really angry and said he is very busy and has no time to make my order and he has to charge me hourly rate. Very interesting as I was the only customer in the shop and plenty of staff were working. I was left with no choice but to leave my order. Went to PALMS KEBABS, and the guy was more than happy to complete the order to my child's taste, when offered to pay extra , he didn't accept! Very scary experience at Arzum! under the new owners, as the previous owners were a lovely and friendly couple. NEVER EVER GOING BACK
Noticed the portion was small while food was being prepared. Asked for more toppings and will happily pay extra. Response was "NO HAVE TO SPEND MORE TIME AND HAVE NO MORE. I was forced to not complete the order, as he got agitated and angry to sell me food. Unfortunately this is not how the original owners and founders operated.
IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED Arzum Turkish Cuisine IT SHOULD BE CALLED Bu Berbat Turkish Cuisine. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked for extra sauce, I was willing to pay the extra charge, but the staff member's response was rude and unwarranted. He seemed agitated and lectured about the restaurant's standards, which wasn't relevant to my request. I was taken aback by his behavior and felt unwelcome. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. After reading the owner's responses to other negative reviews, I'm concerned that there may be a deeper issue with the restaurant's approach to customer feedback. I hope they takes my feedback seriously and works on improving their staff's communication skills and customer service.
Liked it again. So does my dining partner who insisted on going there. Affordable casual dining. A better than average quality takeaway.
Thought I would give a different Turkish restaurant a try...So happy to see a meat & salad option, not many places offer a salad option without rice. It did not disappoint I loved all the flavors and all the new/different (To Me) things to try in the box was fantastic, a really decent portion and cant wait to go back again :-) YUM!!!
Normal food, average price. It's more like a takeaway restaurant with a few tables. The tables hadn't been cleaned when we had launch there. Might be because of staff shortage, but not pleasant anyway. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food taste and quality are average, but the portions are rather abundant!
Really nice food with some surprisingly lovely flavours. We went there as a friend recommended it and we were really happy we found this place. A really nice experience - food, service, ambulance and all.
