   I recently visited ProfessioNAIL (Albany branch) for a manicure and pedicure — and I’m really happy with how everything turned out! The salon was clean and tidy, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The technician (JENNY) was friendly, took time to understand exactly what I wanted, and paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out neat and beautiful — smooth polish, even shaping, and no mess. On top of that, the foot massage during the pedicure was so good — it was relaxing, rejuvenating, and really elevated the whole experience. My feet felt refreshed and soft, and I could feel the care in every part of the treatment. I also appreciated how welcoming and professional the staff were from start to finish.    I had a great experience, my nail tech Na stayed late to make sure i had the best nails!! She helped me make sure the colour matched my reference photo perfectly and was super duper friendly! I had a few of the staff help with my set and they were all lovely. I always choose professionail because they listen to what I ask for and make sure we’re on the same page much better than other salons.

   $40 for a Spa Pedicure. I love that I could ring and book an appointment within the hour. They are always busy but tend to stick to the appointment times (give or take a few minutes). They are quite rushed so it definitely doesn't have the "Spa experience" care but I think it's fair value.

   I can not explain how horrible this place is. I got my gel extensions removed here today. The lady doing my nails used a fake nail to dig under my extensions and rip them off. When she was unable to do that to one of my nails she used a drill and broke my natural nail on that finger. I ended up with 5 nails where she had damaged my natural nail. I asked for a round shape and she barley filled it, it looks horrible and looks like I just painted my nails with top coat. During while she was doing my nails I went to wash my hands and she started cutting her own nails. Another lady that did my friends nails also put polish on her hand and didn’t remove it.
