   The owner and the master cutter could use an attitude adjustment. His customer skills are lacking if not none existent at all. I was going to excuse it as cultural but I know many Koreans who don’t have his manners. Cultural or not, he is in the Philippines and must adjust to our cultural norms and hospitality. Not the other way around. He is a somewhat skilled cutter. I would rate him a 6 out of 10. But even the way he handled my hair was like he was tugging it and it did not feel right. It’s was like he pulled on it too hard. I am not unhappy with my cut but not unhappy either. It’s just meh. So so. His staff was really nice and welcoming. That was the only positive. I would never go back. His price range of 1K for a cut is very good but not worth it.

   I’ve been with Nick since 2017 (back when he was with Jin&Jen). He has amazing skills! My hair looks amazing in the salon, when i got home, and during the growth as well! I’ve been moving to Wellington for a year now, and still have to fly back to Auckland to cut my hair with him! Couldn’t be better

   I have jet black here and wanted to go a white blonde so after googling around I stumbled upon Nick. He made the booking easy over email and once I got there nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He managed to get my hair from jet black to the colour I wanted in one sitting. Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back to you again.
