   This is the best hair salon i have ever been to. This review is rated so highly because of Rachael, she does such an amazing job every time. I get full head of blonde highlights and it comes out exactly as I hope, if not better every time. So thank you again vivo takapuna and Rachael!!

   I've been going to the wonderful Rachael for about 3-4 years now, and she does an absolutely stunning job! In the past I've always felt nervous about going to hairdressers in case they don't get the blonde looking natural or right, but she amazes me every time with her incredible way to get the perfect blonde into my naturally dark brunette hair!!! I definitely cannot imagine going to any other hairdresser for the foreseeable future!

   Rachael has been doing my hair for nearly 7 years now. I won’t go anywhere else! She always takes the time to really listen to what I want (whether it be clean blonde, smudged roots, purple, pink, long layers or a sharp bob!). She will offered expert advice on what would suit my face and hair type. The results are always nothing short of amazing! And her blondes cannot be beat. The attention to detail, the friendly atmosphere, and the exceptional skill make this salon and Rachael a must-visit.

   Rachael. OMG. Rachael is an angel. I had a fairly horrific blonde nightmare experience that resulted in very bright white and orange (with chemical breakage) tresses about 10 days ago. Rachael fixed me! She first got rid of most of the orange, then did some wonderful bond repairing treatments, did a BRILLIANT cut (graduated bob), then a week later did a few very fine lowlights to add back some depth into a blonde that was fairer/ brighter and lighter than suits me. And I couldn't be happier. She KNOWS hair. She KNOWS blondes. She has been transparent all the way through about what I can do at home to nurse my hair back to its former glory, too. I was so distraught only 10 days ago and now I'm happy again. Rachael knows her stuff and I will be forever in her debt. An asset to the salon and an asset to Vivo. THANK YOU x

   ✅BEFORE & AFTER✅ I went in for a full hair consultation in takapuna & spoke with a nice lady Tanya! She was fantastic & flawless with her work! I came in with my youngest son & she didn’t mind that at all which I loved as the other places I went to were icky about it so it was a straight no from me. I did go to other salons but didn’t feel comfortable etc, she made me super comfy & talked to me a lot which broke the ice! She was lovely! I love her! She booked me in the following week (wens) was super stocked to go! Once I arrived she was super nice and jumped into what she recommended for my hair then went on to explained everything from the highlights to the cut & aftercare! She was very patient & understanding in what I wanted to do with my hair! SHE DELIVERED PEOPLE! My hair felt absolutely amazing & your girl left feeling beautiful & great in confidence! I am overly obsessed and am still to this day! I recommend tanya to anyone & by all means I mean anyone! My family have asked about my hair & with happiness I let them know who done my hair & where to go! If I’m correct my package involved 3x cups of bleach , toner , wash , blow dry & she even went to lengths of straightening & cutting my hair! Was absolutely worth it! I did pay for extra scoops given how long my hair is! She also recommended me really good hair shampoo & conditioner which I totally bought cause why not test yourself right?! My experience with her was absolutely amazing! She is such a nice easy going person! We shared a few stories of our children & where we come from! All in all I just loved her , her service , skills & everything else that comes with her! She’s great and I love her & her work! Thanks so much tanya I absolutely will be seeing you again! Monike
