   I was grateful to be fitted in at the last minute, and the technician was very bubbly and reassuring throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, the outcome was a big let down. The full set took over an hour and a half, and despite being told she had years of experience, the final result was not good. On completion, the glue caused stinging in my eyes and the lashes felt uncomfortable and spiky when I closed my eyes. They were also badly clumped together. I tried brushing with the lash brush but it hurt and wasn't making a difference. After leaving, while driving, my eyes began stinging and watering so badly that I had to pull over on the motorway to dry my eyes and wait until I was able to drive safely again. Within a couple of days, I had to pay another salon to have the lashes removed, and unfortunately my natural lashes had been damaged as well. This may have simply been an off day for her, but I feel it’s important to share an honest experience for others to be aware.

   Terrible service! Booked an eyebrow threading appointment arrived and was told the threading therapist had left and was offered an eyebrow wax. I don’t do waxing as my skin reacts badly. Had the appointment booked for my gender reveal the following day.

I received a tailor-made treatment package aligned to these needs. The spa has caring and professional staff devoted to providing the best skincare & spa experience to their customers. I’ve had multiple skincare sessions and experienced observable results. I have been working mainly with Sophie & Tina. They demonstrate customer service expertise. Highly recommend.

   My wife and I recently booked a treatment at this spa, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. From the amazing body massage to the facial, the therapist displayed an impressive level of knowledge. They began with a thorough skin consultation and attentively addressed my body pain concerns. Considering that we hadn't taken time for ourselves in quite a while, the relaxation we felt was unparalleled. It was a rejuvenating experience like no other. We were so impressed with our therapist's product recommendations that we decided to invest in their suggested products. It truly feels like a worthwhile investment. Worth for the money guys with a quality. We even took advantage of a promotion to continue the self-care journey we started. We want to extend our gratitude to Team Cinderella for providing us with such a remarkable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this spa to everyone."

   Worst service I have ever got. I have visited them for just eyebrows shape on Saturday. I booked an appointment since they mentioned they have a therapist for eyebrow shape. I mentioned so called therapist my requirements. I did clearly mention that I have very thick eyebrows and I want the shape to even both sides. Once done, she asked me to check. One eyebrow was thick and the other was thin. After asking mentioning her the same, she hardly shaped it and I noticed that the eyebrows were uneven like one hair strand was in top line and the other was in the bottom line. They charge so high and service I got was zero. And the worst part was the therapist was no even sorry instead she was defending and mentioning my eyebrows were not proper. Just completing a course but zero skill will not make you a therapist at all. I will never visit them again.

   Had a spare hour so went and got a Lash Lift from here. The staff were super helpful, the room was heated and clean, fell asleep during the treatment and woke up with a beautiful lash lift. Thank you I will be returning for more services in the coming weeks. Ngā Mihi!

   This company is all about up-selling and making money, not customer service. They exaggerate the requirements needed and their approach is very pushy. I phoned ahead to see if they do free consultations for skin care. They said yes. I asked if i needed to book, they said yes. I was put through tests while continuously being hounded to buy things. I expressed my concern over prices which are more expensive than most. She was telling me it was a good deal… even if it is, currently spending $2000 is something i wanted to think about. I was considering the possibilities but needed time to bring the money together but because I didn’t book a $2000 package immediately, she then told me i had to pay $55 for the consultation. I said id phoned and she said it was free and she said oh i must hv misunderstood…why would i phone to see if they do consultations? of course they do. If she’d said it was only free if i booked something, i would have. To make matters worse, the payment went through as an error so they chased me down by texts to pay. I had met with friends but I paid online when i knew there was an error. The approach was as if i’d done it on purpose !!!! It was very obvious they are all about making money! Push push push!!!! Not once was an offer made to rectify the free consult if i did if fact book within the coming week. Even though they made the error! When i asked if it would be deducted if i made a booking next week … she said no!!! I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared to spend lots of money without stopping to think!!! They are after clients who do not think about costs or money! Still in her response she tries to make this problem mine! SHE made the mistake but does not take ownership. Not once an apology!!!! She claims in her defence, i do not use good skin care and yet others have told me mine IS top of the range so it’s a matter of opinion. Its just Upsell upsell upsell to their own products. Its a business beauty clinic trying to gain a higher status not a hospital clinic!. I have been to other clinics so i am aware of whats around, just wanted something closer but it won’t be this place!

   I had a facial and massage service from Cinderella, but am honestly quite disappointed by their customer service. Although the facial in itself and massage was wonderful, the facialist that worked with me continually made it very hard for me to relax as she was constantly trying to sell other packages and/or products to me, including things I already own?? Despite repeatedly turning her down and letting her know that I am happy with my current regimen (I've literally had it approved by a dermatologist), she persisted to get me to buy various other random things when I had only come in for a facial. After the skin analysis, she concluded that I have great skin but only need to work on one small thing, yet she insisted I book an appointment in a week or 2 and come in more than 3-4 times a month for a facial. I'm not sure who has the time for that, but I certainly don't with my busy schedule. When I let her know that this does not work for me, and asked her to book me in for the next month (in about 5 weeks), she looked very uninterested and said she would do so but did not confirm a date or time with me. I have been waiting for a text/confirmation regarding the booking, but of course no booking was made for me. I will certainly not be returning or reccomending this place to a friend. For anyone looking for a relaxing facial and some me time, unless you are willing to sit there and be fed their infomercials and complying with whatever product or package they throw at you to meet their sales targets, you are clearly not welcome back.
