I was a few minutes late this morning and got told my appointment was cancelled. I will not use this haircut service again.No one can guarantee being punctual forever and if you have this rule in place it should be communicated in advance. It is so childish and stupid to punish a client for being late like this.
Jessica was easy to talk to and quick with my haircut. The layers on my hair are gorgeous and just how I wanted it to be. I absolutely love my new hairstyle. Will be coming back here for my next haircut. Thank you! ❤️
Jessica is a supa nice lady with excellent skills! She mows my hair very fast AND effectively each time, and charges a fair price. No wonder so many people love to her studio.
People may criticise Jessica attending the phone calls while working. I guess she needs to play multiple roles to run it as one person business. I guess I don’t mind too much because that is why she can keep the prices reasonable. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
