Fabulous tasty food and plenty of it. 5 people and we shared all the food and it was great. Served on lovely plates and looked and tasted amazing. The staff did a great job of explaining the menu to us and what each dish came with and entailed. We had to attend an event and the food came in great time. The cocktails were also great and the wine list was good. only issue was they didn't sell bubbles by the glass so we just had to buy a bottle and that was superb. We didn't have room for any dessert which was a shame as they sounded amazing. we will be back

Food is fabulous, for carnivores and vegans!!! And excellent value for money. But it is too cold - sit as far inside as you can. I'll be back in summer.

Had great food here! I usually eat a lot, but with only two dishes I got really full. The service was great and the French guy in the bar was very nice to me. Even got a free dessert. Highly recommend! Affordable prices too!

Decent food. Personal preference - I found the large plates food size not filling enough to be a main dish. Not a value for money. The chicken dish I ordered was good, but it was a bit dry inside at few bites. And the tiny portion of sauce you can see in the picture wasnβt enough to balance the dry chicken, salad and tortilla. My friend liked their fish dish. We both liked the dessert Balourieh - a sweet pistachio treat. Although the restaurant wasnβt fully booked, they made everybody occupy table next to each other. From the picture you can see the placement of the tables are very close to each other. Understand that the restaurant wants to make the most of the space. But if it isnβt fully booked, itβs nice to let the customers sit alternate table while not being felt so cozy to unknown people.

Was told to come and expect great food, was rewarded with perfection. Flavours and textures will astound you. Both the chicken and lamb we ordered were seasoned well and seared superbly while maintaining juiciness. The vegetarian options were fresh and crisp, mixed with fried pita for crunchiness. Dessert was heavenly with the semolina cake moist with a nice brittle top. The Damascus tea and Arabic coffee rounded up a very enjoyable lunch. The environment while small, is cosy, and the service is top notch. Will definitely visit again.

Atmosphere was good. Staff were good. But that is where it stops, the food was mediocre. Had the hummus, the portion was tiny and the flavour of the meat was horrible, the meat tasted off and has reminance of spam taste, obela hummus or any off the shelf hummus would do a better job. The meat portions are extremly small for the price. The lamb tasted bad, no flavour but was edible. The chicken tasted good with the garlic however 3 out of 4 of the group hated it. The kunafeh was a total joke, presentation is on point as per the pictures, but if I had a chain saw I it would not have helped to cut the portions. Ended up consuming it for the sake that we paid deerly for a single slice where I would of made a much tastier one at home by googling how to do it. Just stay away from this kunafeh so horrible. Chicken was ok Karak tea was good Lamb horrible Hummus is bad Kunafeh abhorrent would not give it to a dog. Price was horrendous over $180 for 4 people and no drinks either, we ended up getting sals after as it was not filling at all. This was my first time and definetly my last time, not that the restaurant would care if I come back or not. Adding to the review after their response. We did not keep ordering food as you say, that is not correct, we thought for a good review might as well try the dessert so at least something would make it move to two stars but that failed as well, unfortunatly that failed misreably. As I said before the service and people are great but the food was lacking heavily, long story short thats for the experience but we wont be coming back. All the best.

Went down there on a Tuesday night and was surprised to see how busy the place was which we took it as a sign as how popular the place is. We took seats outside and were lucky enough to enjoy one of the wellington's calm and warm nights. The service was great and the food came out promptly. we ordered range of meezes both cold and warm. Hummus with meat, fried cauliflower and the potatoes were the standout meezes. We also shared some of the grill, the lamb was tender and juicy and the chicken was moist and delicious. Was a fantastic meal and would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try authentic levantine cuisine.

Ordered one of pretty much everything with a big group and it was all awesome. Loved the lamb! Very tasty. I crammed a few things on one plate sorry, so no appetising shots. They did come plated beautifully!

We had a slight hiccup with the booking when I had increased our seats after making the booking online via phone but it wasn't registered. Apart from this, our group were in awe of the food, the flavours, even though were are all big meat eaters but we didn't mind the lack of meat dishes. We ordered all of the hot dishes and all of the grill dishes, and we highly recommend the lamb and the eggplant from the Grill section! Personally I absolutely can't stand lamb due to its distinct smell but I was blown away by the juiciness, the softness, tenderness and the lack of smell from their lamb it was just the talk of the table and long after! The eggplant dish was equally amazing and every piece of vegetable on that plate was flavoured to perfection. Special notes were made of their desserts (we tried them all) and shouldn't be missed. To top this off, the staff at the till was extremely patient with us with our complicated payment scheme and he needed to be applauded!

Getting straight to the point, itβs good. The meat was tender and beautifully cooked. The hummus and salads were tasty. It all came v quickly and was delivered with a smile. At the time of writing it didnβt have itβs alcohol license. That wasnβt a problem. We ordered seven dishes for four people, an eighth Wouldβve disappeared too. Recommended.
