I had doctor Ala i think his name was.. I instantly felt welcomed when he cheerfully said “Talofa” and tried wishing me a good day in Samoan (“Manuia Lo Aso”.) His efforts despite not being Samoan to make me feel comfortable was very heartwarming and admirable. Ala listened attentively and i genuinely felt taken care of. He checked on me consistently throughout the procedure and asked if i needed any breaks. I felt less afraid thanks to his confidence and empathy!! Every person deserves a doctor like Ala. Dr Ala Attar is the best dentist I have ever had. As someone who struggles with anxiety especially around dentists, he was beyond kind and explained everything in detail. He constantly reassured me, asking if I was doing okay, asking if I need a break, even speaking to me in Maori to tell me I was doing good. Couldn’t recommend a better dentist, and 200% happy with the work I had done. Thank you so much Dr Attar!!!!

Ranui smile dentalswanson road, Yesterday i submitted my review to the wrong office, i was still shaken by the cold experience and accidently sent it to queens, the humiliation was awful, my money however for extraction n xrays welcomed most greedilly. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED FOR OLDER DENTIST I, D USED BEFORE, IHAD ALL THE PENICILLAN PRIOR TO APPMT TOO, DO HOPE MY REVIEW SENT TO QUEENS CAN BE LINKED BACK TO RANUI, WEST AUCKLAND
