   Another day another cracking juice! There's a tall lad and a friendly younger girl that always make the best juice around. Need to try a smoothie but man the juice is too good. Always really clean even though they are busy busy. Better than the Lambton Quay one that one sttttinks

   On Saturday the 14th of September between 3pm and 4pm A few of us had witnessed a staff member place a Mop bucket in the sink used for juicing dishes filling up the bucket from the long nossel splashing dirty soap suds all over the sink bench and a juicing machine I and other customers were shocked as this is certainly cross contamination. A second staff member who wasn't aware of this happening had then filled a silver cup with water from the same nossel that was covered in soap suds from the mop bucket then tipping that water into a juicer for the next customers juice. I approached the 2nd staff member informing her of what we witnessed also having a few words to the person in question who was a pakeha girl who gave me an attitude for putting her on the spot as a customer I feel I have every right to question her actions from there I requested my money back which was $12 the 2nd staff member refunded I was than approached by a male customer who had also witnessed this thanked me for bringing this to the 2nd staff members attention and also requested his money back I must add there was no supervisor or manager overseeing the workers but I know for a fact they would need to question why? Money has been taken out of the till on this piticular day I have since sent an email to tank in regards to my complaint with no response.

   Tank Porirua has been ruined now due to the new Male employee. My juices taste terrible and different and missing some ingredients. Have experienced this several times now. Hopefully he gets fired or so otherwise Im not coming back and save up for a juicer machine to make juice myself.

   Shocking wait time. Family were able to go elsewhere order and finish their lunches before 1 smoothie has been made. This has been the same issue for months now and no change. Waited over 25minutes for 1 drink is not standard elsewhere so why does it happen so frequently here

   Despite 4 people “working”, well 1 sipping on a drink, and the guy cutting pineapple every couple of mins in between flirting with the girls, the 10 or so people had a 15min wait, they had. I idea on order numbers either.. 13th April 2.20pm purchase.. never again

   Very slow, with an unacknowledged or communicated 20min wait for a juice. Staff blatantly ignored people’s requests for an idea of a timeframe. When orders were ready they were put on the counter without saying the name or number of the order, leaving people confused & given a shrug or roll of eyes, at best, when they asked staff if the order was theirs. Nice juice, but an overall unpleasant experience.

   I have been waiting for a banana smoothie for 25 minutes.. No queue, only 2 people serving but one went on a break incredibly slow service. 10.00 for a mediocre banana medium smoothie. The lady behind me ordered a salad but got served before me. This place needs to up their game or lose customers. Shocking!! I won't be back..

   Nice tasting drink but huge line up and long wait times eg been waited 35min for 1 banana smoothie. staff friendly but only have two people working who both go very slow
