   Terrible experience, unfair service, the old woman was so arrogant and rude. I think she should give herself a guest service training. First of all, I saw you were busy, so I didn't say anything to you ,didn't rush you, just waited.Secondly, I was watching videos on my phone and fiddling with my bank card out of boredom while waiting. Excuse me, how was I rude? However you, as a manager in the service industry, were so rude that you suddenly yelled at the customer. I didn't urge you to hurry up, nor did I use any rude words to talk to you. But you yelled at me and said I was making noise? Your bar is playing loud music, customers are chatting, playing billiards, these are all noises. In your eyes, I am making noise by fiddling with my bank card, which affects your work? Then you should be trained again on your TAB work. If you think the sound of bank cards hitting the table is a rude noise, I think you should turn off your music when serving TAB customers, and tell all customers that you are not going to talk! Because you are serving TAB guests, any noise will affect your service. The cctv is a good thing, you should show it whether I am fiddling with the bank card or banging the counter as you said.

   Just moved here, and I got suggested this place. What a setup. Really love it. Very spacious, workers are awesome to talk to, and the local people that I spoke to are very social. Good vibes. Was told to try their pizza and hot dog, so I did. - Brownzy dog 7.9/10 2 for $5 is great value. They're not spectacular. However, they're perfect while watching live sports and are arranged quite well. Delicious to eat. - Meat lovers pizza 7.5/10 $10 isn't too bad too, good size to share. At this point, I was a bit drunk and vacuuming the whole thing to sober up, but it was good for a bar snack. Prefer the brownzy dogs over this.

   The Brownzy has been around a very long time and has not changed much but it's nice to see it in its original glory. The staff here are fantastic very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space inside with pool tables, pokies, TAB, bar, plenty of seats and a lovely outdoor area. They often have bands playing at this venue and is great to check out with a number of well known bands starting their fame from playing at this bar in their starting days. Lots of parking lots of regulars and located in its own area that is close too but not in the middle of the very popular often busy Browns Bay shopping area.
