Excellent experience, with really different drinks, exceptional service from all the staff and the lamb was perfect, the seasoning and cooking of the meat were unique, one of the best flavor experiences I've had.
I have written this review after my third night in a row experience of eating at hot sauce. Reasons -work/tired/proximity to bed. Flash backs to the early 2000's due to the loud club music. I recommend dining here if you're on a date and wanting shmoozimg time it'd be perfect. If you're hungry, not so much. With the restaurant approximately one third full, our food took 35 minutes to arrive. If you want your pop corn chicken hot go to KFC, all our food was cold, which was correct for the salad but underwhelming for the rest of the food. The music seemed to get louder as the wait times extended. The food is amazing, really delicious. One final warning, beware of the Dyson in the disabled loos...

The splat of mayo looks like a condom. Beautiful plating of the $24 sashimi. Enjoyed the extremely salty 'jelly noodle beef' which was just a depressed japchae. The popcorn chicken was crisped to soggy, sugary perfection. The garden salad was just romaine with supermarket sushi seaweed on top. Lovely! We went on a first table...but I wouldn't go back, even if it was half off!
Awesome atmosphere. Was recommended to try this place and so pleased we did. Staff were excellent. Lots of options for seating. Food was delicious, made for sharing. Great selection of drinks. Also had an outdoor area which I imagine would be a great spot in the Summertime. Would definitely go back again.
Must have gone on a bad day. Food I thought was below average which is contrary to the good reviews. Had the pork bao which I thought was very basic. Friends also had the yellow curry which was very salty. Will have to give this place another go sometime.
