   I feel very disappointed in this place. I understand that they should improve customer service. . My daughter is a long time customer of theirs. However, today I called on the phone, I made a request before they started working with the food. Since I am allergic to shellfish, I asked them if they could make some sushi that did not contain shellfish, and to please take my allergy into account. They told me to go personally, and that they would do it for me, but I had to pay extra. When I went, they later told me that it was not possible, that they could not make me take the time to make the sushi for me. In other places they have made me sushi, and they have given me great attention. For allergy sufferers like me, this place is not empathetic nor does it show solidarity. 0% customer service, and that, I have gone many times for my children

   Firstly, let's address the pricing concerns raised by some reviewers. It's true that Sen Sushi can be on the pricier side, and occasionally, there might be confusion with pricing versus portion sizes. However during my visits I've never encountered any overchanging whatsoever, While I've generally found the service to be efficient and friendly, others have mentioned instances of rudeness or poor customer service. But most bad reviews come from over two years ago so I just wanted to write this because I think nowadays this little stall has changed for the better.

   Great little store. Sushi is fresh and there are plenty of authentic and vegetarian options. Recommend the brown rice vegetarian, Inari and seaweed. Also serve rice bowls, ramen and udon.

   Wow! what a rip off! First off all their price signs are not in front of the correct sushi. I thought I was charged wrong as 6 pieces of tiny sushi and a bottle of water came to $17.70!

   Closely located to movie cinema on the ground floor in North City shopping mall. All sushi and Udon noodles are yummy. Freshly made every day. Staff are very helpful and smiling every time I go there.

   Select what you want from the prepared sushi or from their menu board. The Sen Sushi I went to is beside the Reading cinema and not the one marked on Google maps
