   Food was delicious, the cold beef noodles were amazing and the service was great. The portion sizes were massive. They gave us a takeaway container to take the leftovers. Highly recommend

   I had an egg fried rice, it looked amazing but tasted very weird in a negative way, I have fried rice at different places somewhat often and have never come across one tasting that way. Portion was massive though which is great but I really didn't like it so unfortunately ended up being a waste. Maybe they have better dishes but I don't know and will probably not go back.

   Chinese owned and Chinese eat here. So you know it’s authentic. It had great big portions and the food fills you up. From the time you order, the food arrives within 10 minutes and it’s steaming hot. It makes you nice and warm. There’s a promotion for 2 dishes that are equally delicious, cheap, and filling running for their birthday. I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in town and it’s close to a lot of hotels for an easy walk for dinner or lunch. Budget friendly and quick good food.

   COLD CLEAVER SLICED BEEF NOODLES - A must have dish! The cleavered Noodle describes the way the noodle is made, in which a large lump of Noodle batter, is cleaved off and then boiled. It gives a unique chewy texture which is really nice. The soy and sweet cold sauce, along with the cold beef and cucumber makes for the perfect dish. The staff member was friendly, offering to show where the water and cups were. Key thing to note is, you need to order at the counter and it is written around the place.

   For lunch for a party of three, I ordered lamb skewers, spicy cleaver cut beef noodles, lamb fried noodles, seafood dumplings, black fungus and cucumber salad. I liked the cleaver cut noodles the best, but everything was good. I ordered the lamb skewers Medium spicy(I’ve never had the choice to select spiciness in the past at other places). I thought I was getting wide noodles for the fried noodles, but it was regular noodles. Seafood dumplings were unique, it has Shirmp and fish for sure and maybe something else. I have never had dumplings that had fish in it, so it was a new taste for me, but it was good. I usually like pork dumpling the most, but they didn’t have pork dumplings here. Fast service $101 NZ Credit cards accepted 2% fee.

   The worst beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. The broth was the water the noodles were cooked in so it was white colored. A little oil, some small pieces of meat and a few vegetable leaves were added. They have no shame here, do not pay upfront.

   Pleasantly surprised by this understated Chinese restaurant on upper Queen St. All the ingredients were very fresh, portions were generous and most importantly the food wS DELICIOUS! Great flavours and very generous portions of meat! The service was very friendly too and the place was spotless. We'll be back.
