Cozy Italian restaurant that provides a pleasant dinner experience. They try to accommodate some food allergies like gluten and dairy. I had carbonara and my husband the seafood special. The portions are plenty, tasted delicious and were beautifully presented. Worth it!
We tried the tortellini and spaghetti bolognaise, it was absolutely delicious. It’s been a while since we’ve been to a proper Italian restaurant and this one didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is beautiful, service is attentive and friendly. We will come back if we are in this area again.

Our family have enjoyed dining at Aldo's over the last three years. We consider ourselves regulars now and have experienced a consistent excellence in food and service. It is the best Italian food we have had outside Italy. Thank you Aldo and Susan for always ensuring our evening is so enjoyable.
I can confidently say that Aldo's restaurant is one of the best dining experiences in the Warkworth area. The staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly which truly elevates the atmosphere here. The menu has something everyone can enjoy, and of course- the food is delicious and portioned well. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and makes perfect use of the small interior. I can tell the owners put a-lot of love into this restaurant and the food itself.
Popped in for a sneaky dinner for one on the way north. Wasn’t overly hungry but have always been interested to try so I ordered the fish of the day. John Dory with lemon and capers. Totally delicious and filled the spot nicely. Washed it down with an excellent Negroni and some light banter with the friendly staff in what is a very cosy little place. Will be back to try more but in the mean time I can definitely recommend Aldo’s
Small place. Very good food and friendly service. The Bolognese sauce was a bit salty but the special pasta was amongst the tastiest that I have had for a while.
