We visited a few weeks ago and loved it—so we had to come back, and it was just as good the second time (and the third!). The coffee is top-notch—lattes, mochas, and hot chocolates were all delicious. Not too sweet, just really well-balanced. But what really won us over were the pastries and snacks. A lot of what they offer changes with the available ingredients, so there’s always something new to try. One time, we had an incredible strawberry cheesecake tart. They also do the classics really well—croissants, pain au chocolat, cookies, and their Basque cheesecake is unreal! Update: We had a lovely tomato lentil soup here on a recent visit; honestly one of the best soups we’ve ever had! The staff are super friendly and up for a good chat. Mornings can get a bit busy, but it's absolutely worth it.

We enjoyed a lot our dinner at Cazador, the food was excellent, as well as the service. The staff were very friendly and they introduced ingredients and stories of each dish at serving. The interior design is very interesting, created a unique vibe for the dinner. We’d love to go again in the future.

A lovely small cafe with 3 high tables inside and a few outdoor tables. High chair also available. Lovely pastry, sandwiches, and excellent coffee. Flat white's milk was velvety smooth, coffee itself has a good chocolatey taste. At night this cafe (entrance is next door) becomes a restaurant.

Absolutely amazing, a breath of fresh air in the Auckland dining scene. Immediately felt at home. Superb wine recommendations and the food was outstanding, the duck bone broth was out of this world. Service was exceptional, attentive and caring from start to finish. Thank you for a lovely evening team!

It was an amazing experience. The best service and food out there. There is a wide selection of sherry as well as still wines. I would definitely like to revisit.

Had the ‘feast’ at Cazador which presented us with a lovely variety of different game meats to try. Quite the perfect blend of food with varying flavours and textures. My favourite dish of the night would’ve definitely been the quail hearts which was rich in spice and smoke and the perfect texture. The decor of the interior is perfectly fitting and really makes you feel like you are dining in a lil gamers hut in the woods.

Dinner here last night was delicious. Great service and lovely convivial atmosphere. We ate from the alacarte menu and enjoyed all our selections including our drinks. Started with charcuterie plus the endive with roast nectarine entree. The pork main with cabbage and venison main were both excellent. Sherry and rhubarb trifle very good but I love their chocolate mousse!
