   ⭐ Very Poor Customer Service – Not Recommended I placed a DoorDash pickup order, but when I arrived, I was told someone else had already taken my order. The staff member said “wait 5 minutes” and then walked away without helping, didn’t inform the cook, and gave no proper explanation. After 20 minutes, a cook came out with an Uber order. When I asked about my food, then asked what my order was. Only then did he start making my naan again. In total, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for an order that was already placed and paid for online. The customer service person was careless and unprofessional. The only positive was the cook, who at least showed some sense, respect, and tried to fix the issue. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. ❌ Not recommended to anyone.

   Ordered lamb Biriyani via uber eats and requested for double masala or spicy. I have to say that this meal turned out pretty good. This is the first time I’m trying here and it’s quality food. Biriyani I got was neither under spiced nor over spiced and it was well balanced with enough masala. There are lot of places in and around Auckland that serve Hyderabad Biriyani but the taste and consistency is not the same every time. Hope this quality and taste continues in the future. Will definitely be back soon to try other dishes.

   I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude, which set the tone for a great dining experience. The service was prompt, attentive, and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I'll definitely be returning for more!

   I ordered the kadhai chicken with rice and naan on Uber eats. I got regular which I thought would be like medium spice, but it was so hot all I could taste was the chilli and my mouth was burning (Im Indian and am used to eating medium spiced food). The curry was very heavy and oily I wouldn’t order it again. The Naan was really dry they need to use some butter on the outside to keep it moist.

   I just had to write a review about this interesting little place in the neighborhood. I found them on google and ordered lamb biryani and the butter chicken. I must say both of the dishes were delicious. The lamb was really tender and the butter chicken was nice and creamy. All in all loved the food and would highly recommend to others to go and must try these items and help the small little place to grow bigger. Will definitely visit again soon !!!

   I'm sorry to say that food was not good, but the butter chicken was way too salty. Kids could not eat it. Curry and Biryani are not eatable way to spicy even though we request mild. Yogurt for the Biryani seemed to be watered down. Will not be back at all. Total price $70 not worth it

   I went to my brother in laws house on Friday and he had ordered the lamb biryani. Taste and quantity was great however most of the pieces of lamb I got were very chewy to eat and not tender.
