   First the gave me a burger with a cold possibly part frozen bun , then they missed the chips of my order twice , all of these meals were proberley around a 4 out of 10 , staff didn’t seem to know what was going on half the time , music was unbearably loud they wouldn’t turn it down , toilets were absolutely disgusting (they were unisex I think ) but it was so so yuk almost vomit worthy - I don’t mention what I saw . It’s supposed to be a good restaurant so hygiene should be on point . I complained to headoffice they dismissed me , asked me for photos (kinda impossible to take photos of a cold bin and bad tasting food , bad service ) a lot of money for a really bad experience and really bad food - poor manner from management. Went for a birthday dinner so it was very ruined

   Dined in for dinner for the first time and we were unsure on how to order, but the gentleman at the counter was helpful and told us to take a seat and scan the QR code on the table. Once we were seated and had a fair idea of how to order, the rest was easy. We were served tasty tender chicken with abit of heat to it, so be careful of how hot you order your chicken, fries were tasty and well seasoned and portion sizes are fair. Overall it was pleasant experience and I can definitely see myself going back there to dine in again. I would definitely recommend Nandos to anyone who has never tried it or dined in before.

   Tell whoever it is who's cooking on Fridays to stop boiling the chicken! $90 Zero flavor There bearly any basting, just a small puddle of water at the bottom. Had to rebaste and air fry to make it worth eating. I've ordered from them multiple times, the foods only ever good 2 out of 5 times. When it's good it's great, other wise your better off buying a roast from countdown. Delivery driver doesn't even knock or ring the door bell, just leaves the food out to get cold

   Nice layout and food was delicious. I wasn't used to trying to order on my phone by scanning a QR code which I had to download an app for, but I got there in the end. Once you know how these things work I guess it gets easier. Would happily eat here again.

   Popped in for lunch, food came out quickly and the food was great! Staff were nice, I def recommend the hummus with Peri drizzle and pita! The cheesy garlic pita was also very nice! I tried the peri harvest bowel with chicken and added extra chicken as a change, really enjoyed it and would order it again! would def be back

   Let's be up front here. The food tasted great. No complaints there. The problem was when I got there, the line to order was long. I was asked by staff to go to a table and order via app. The app finally took me all the way to entering credit card details, press pay, and...didn't work. So I didn't know if it had taken payment, and also, people had come in and ordered at counter whilst I was fighting the app. That annoyed me intently. I ultimately had to order at the counter, about 8 places back in the queue from initially, I'd say. Apparently, this app problem is known, so they should fix it before encouraging people to leave the line. The place was busy, and it took them a long time to clear the table we had sat at. So, food is great, everything else could be better.

   First time in years dining in at Nandos, and it was great. I ordered using the app and the others at the counter. My meal arrived quite a bit earlier so I was impressed with the functionality. The meal (a half chicken xtra hot) was absolutely delicious with the spice just right.

   Food always good, but come on the service delivery need some work. Please don't serve the meals in portions. So my experience today, firstly noticed that they had no chicken, only wings and tenders. Secondly the chicken was served first then after 10 minutes of waiting, my husband had to remind them that we did not get our other items on the order. I think your staff needs some more training please!!!

   I am an regularly customer at this nandos northwest but today was the most disappointing times ever cos the customer service was not that great firstly plus another thing is the food, like I ordered 2 chicken but both were still raw in the inside and also ordered 8xchip but only 4 came out and they were also cold and they didn't fill the large bowls good enough and it took even longer for the other 4 so we had to take them home. Also there wasn't any utensils out, so instead of going to wash some for us they gave us little wooden ones. Also when we went to show them the chicken was still raw they didn't even cook it more or give us something us they just threw it out and not giving us an explanation. I am really disappointed with the service today, I don't think I could come again of how some of the workers were like, they were acting very unprofessional and plus the customer service is not good as it was the other time I've been here
