   Half hour wait for food and when it came it was cold. I had a chicken burger and chips. My husband had fish in chips, his meal was fine. I only ate it cold because I was hungry

   Up visiting family from Christchurch..popped in for dinner..hubby had pork belly with vegetables and I had the calamari with salad..beautifully presented and totally delicious..definitely recommend RSA helensville

   Went there for a private function. Good prices at the Bar. For the function had a plated meal and dessert. Not gourmet, but good RSA fare, roast meat and roast veg and medley of steamed green, finish with fruit salad and ice cream, umm. Good portions and filling. Friendly welcoming staff, very chatty. Decor RSA but light and bright, free use of pool tables and dart boards. A Helensvilles gem that could be easily missed if you don't go through the doors. Would recommend to anyone although regular opening hours a bit limited.
