   Something was wrong with the pizza. Was more like someone slapped some tomato sauce and Salmon on the pizza. For 28 bucks I expect it to be something good. And serpent is not meant to be red. First time we got something like that.

   Great sides but pizza disappointing - they hardly ever put much cheese on the pizzas, I’ve been going here for a few months now and there’s never much cheese :-(

   Cold, hardly any cheese and cold upon delivery. toppings a bit light and pizzas x4 were cold. This family of 5 will NOT be back! Goodbye $120!!!

   I don't even know where to start with this one. Got a snack size gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese. Normally it is the best gluten/dairy free pizza but this was yuck. They chopped two thin slices of salami for the whole pizza so I had two tiny pieces on each piece. Sauce was poured all over the pizza that it made it sticky and soggy that when I pulled a piece, it was stuck to the box and fell apart. I always get the same pizza from Hells but this was the first and last time from the Takapuna branch. I will not be coming here again. I will continue to get it from the Glenfield branch though. I know everything is expensive but come on , I paid $14 , surely you can put more meat. Overall experience, too stingy, too messy, too sticky. P.S - Photo look way better than how it looked in real.

   I ordered a pizza and they forgot to add the sauce on top and the pizza was cold when it arrived, they gave me a credit and I re ordered the next night and the pizza once again had no sauce on top. Will never order from here again.

   Staff claimed that a man came and picked up my order under a female name and refused to give me a refund even after proof of order and payment was shown. In future have policies in place about $50 and over orders not being given with proof of order shown!!
