Furthermore no-one has ever contacted us to complain about the situation as outlined in this review. as there is no real name on this review we have no way of knowing who has left the comment Also, the review contains information that is both incorrect and insulting to our staff. The suggestion that we retain clients funds after they have given us their payment details is untrue and slanderous. In summary, we believe this person may have us confused with another tax refund company with a similar name. If not, he/she is more than welcome to contact us to discuss their concerns so we can ensure that we correct our processess accordingly.
