   I don't know what's happened in the last couple of years but BoostNest certainly doesn't provide a 5-star service anymore. I'm 5 days off waiting 3 months for them to complete a pretty standard EOY return. Rick doesn't answer his phone, doesn't answer emails, and doesn't call you when he sees you've been trying to reach him. Jono brushes off complaints and makes excuses for not completing work on time. I'm this close to making a formal complaint to CAANZ.
