“Updating my review 21/10/2024 This was the least traumatic/scary sexual health appointment I’ve ever had. My doctor was wonderful - patient, calm, respectful, profeesional, empathetic. She gave me control over every single aspect of this otherwise scary process. Big fan of this clinic and I will be back for other needs. Review from September 2024: I think SWA is a great place that does important work. I don't love that they reschedule my appointment without consulting me. I also don't love that they insisted they tried to contact me about my appointment change when I have no texts or emails to that effect or any missed calls from them. I had already taken off work for my original appointment, so this is frustrating and damaging.”

“Have had two moles removed from my face by Dr Usmar. The first mole was removed three years ago and she was highly professional. Follow up was excellent. The scar is almost nonexistent and she ensured the scar would sit within a smile line. The second mole I just had done and, again, she's ensured the very faint scar will sit in another smile line, so I'm a happy camper. What's more my experience was so positive the first time round that the anxiety I had about the local removal was quite minimal because I had such a positive experience the first time round. My doctor referred me to Dr Usmar and I am very satisfied with the professionalism, her skillfulness, and the results. Highly recommend”
