Having done other martial arts before, I was initially unsure of what else I could get out of training besides the fitness aspect. Soon after I saw that Kenpo doesn't just address the how, but the why and the more I trained, the more I grew to love training. From intense work outs and conditioning, to self defense, there's not too much more you could ask for in a Martial Arts school Sensei Sean Fitzpatrick has created a great environment for us to train in, which has not only allowed us to develop as martial artists, but as individuals and also develop good strong friendships between all those training together. Come along for a session, I guarantee you that you will not regret it!”
