“Teacher was awesome with the kids and taught practical stuff”
“Wonderful teaching & friendly dancers”
“Want to learn Kizomba in New Zealand? Danca Wellington is the absolute best spot to do this. Awesome and very passionate community. And as far as the instructors go, i couldn't have been more lucky with Bari and Wimmy. Their love for Kizomba is infectious! Bari and Wimmy and Danca were pretty much the biggest reason i decided to come to Wellington, And after about 6 months of steadily improving my dancing skills, i can wholeheartedly say that I am extremely happy i did!”
“Fantastic, community spirited, learning environment for our tamariki. Awesome qualified teacher to child ratios which means I go to work and don't worry about my babies. It's small enough that our kids know the names of all the other kids and teachers there so they feel part of a larger family. Management are always available and always ask for parents to feedback on their ideas or plans. They are also really invested in PD for the staff so willing to keep learning and develop skills to support our tamariki.”
“Great set up with knowledgeable teachers. Have learnt a lot on the courses I've done here”
“Denise was recommended to me by a friend as the best ballet teacher on the Kapiti Coast and she's certainly living up to this reputation. She is fully qualified for a start (not all dance teachers are), has years of experience behind her, has a strong focus on correct technique and injury prevention, as well as having a kind and relatable nature. Everything you could ask for and more!”
“This childcare centre is great. My daughter attended for 4 years and has a lot of special memories. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a low staff turnover with quite a few staff there for 10+ years. There are two houses, under 2's and over 2's and there is a good settling in process when then move up to the over 2 house. It may not look like the flashest place (compared to all the new daycares starting up) but as a mother, I prefer a family friendly place with excellent staff.”
“A great place to have fun, play with swords get fit and learn new things.”
“Awesome place to come and learn”
“welcoming bunch of people, great fun”
“My daughter goes there lovely teachers and kids Very helpful friendly Would recommend to go to Millies house Daly street”
“We absolutely love Millie’s House. We had to change daycare centres since our last one was suspended by the MOE. After such an unpleasant experience it was wonderful to find a place here. The teachers are so kind and helpful. Paula, the manager is the best! So knowledgeable and caring. The children are so well looked after and they are very big on hand hygiene here. My son rarely comes home sick anymore. We are only leaving due to relocation to the South Island. Thanks for everything Millie’s House!”
“A very friendly and supportive community. Sensei paul is an amazing person, teaching us the core roots and true meaning of kyokushin. Osu”
“I went there, they have the best staff.”
“Fantastic school, great teachers and culture. X”

“Thanks Sunshine for my son to be his first pre-school”
“I’m so glad I joined bellydancing this year. It is such a positive inclusive and fun group of people. Mirian & Maia are such inspiring teachers who always make it fun. Would recommend to anyone who has been wanting to try it out.”
“Big part of my life. All it took was one session”
“Bizezi Training has allowed me to grow in confidence towards my entrepreneurship to start-up my business as the founder of Flutterfly Flowers. I highly recommend working one-on-one with Tony as well as attending Bizezi work shops, as it is a positive approach to further enhance your business skills.”
“My little one has just graduated from Moriah kindergarten and I can say hand on heart it has been the most wonderful experience for both of us. It’s an amazing community of teaches and parents who are focused on supporting your little one in the learning and growing. I’m so thankful Moriah was suggested to me.”
“I started Aikido here at the city Dojo, 5 months ago. I am really thankful for this experience, I've learnt a lot and I'd like to pursue with them as long as I can. They gave me exactly what I was looking for from Aikido. Thank you.”
“This is my daughter’s tenth year dancing with Danzworx. Her love for dance has been nurtured by not only this wonderful school & their devotion to our children, but by a strong foundation of skill development in many genres. Highly recommended.”
“One of the best interventions with young people I know.”
“This is an amazing centre! Highly recommend! So much care and patience. Like all other centres that are busy and filled with tamariki, it was such a great and smooth transition for my God daughter. Thanks team! God Bless x”
“KinderCare Kilbirnie has been the best daycare for my precious little first born. I was so nervous about finding the right place for my little boy who was 20 months when he joined KinderCare. I will always be grateful to them for offering me a place when they did. I was blown away by how friendly, caring and attentive everyone is. From Shelly at reception to Varsha who makes all the nutritious food to all the teachers - they know all the children’s and parents’ names even though they are quite a big centre, and we always get a warm welcome every morning. The teachers, especially Oliver, Ella and Abbie who my son talks about daily, were so great at helping my little boy (and me!) settle into daycare. I can see the teachers genuinely care about all the kids and are really good at responding to the individual needs and concerns for each child, including how their naps are going and even toilet training. There is a huge outdoor space for the kids to run around as well as focused activities indoors. They are really great at organising events for parents and grandparents too and really nurture family values and respecting all the different cultures. When new ECE policies come in, they do all the heavy lifting for us. I would really recommend KinderCare Kilbirnie for the care, support and attention they provide families (not just the child).”
