Saw Dr O'Connor who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second option, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check.
