The lovely staff offered me a cup of tea and a cookie, which was such a thoughtful touch. My stylist, Katie, was absolutely amazing! She carefully matched my hair colour to the chart and made me feel like a total VIP. I even got to relax under a warm woollen blanket whilst my colour set — such a cosy detail.
