After a 6 weeks (don't expect anything in a hurry!), a second team came to solve the issue - they were fantastic, apologetic and were very professional and courteous. I can see why others would leave a low star rating, mostly from a lapse in communication and time - but for us, JFB have been great. Thank you for coming back and resolving our issue JFB. Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people. I want to say the HUGEST thank you to Tallulah, she was so kind and patient, sorted out my issue and made sure she had my number to call me back with updates. Not only did she get my items together ready to collect but she spoke to her manager and worked out a deal for me. An hour later I had my parcel and the best customer service I’ve had in years.
