Even though the salon was super busy (which says a lot!), the team handled everything smoothly and professionally. The staff were warm, welcoming, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I never felt rushed — they paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the result. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful — clean, elegant, and exactly the design I had in mind. You can tell they take pride in their work, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and friendly. The installation and finishing was speedily executed by project manager Robin's team. The design and install was carried out within an established budget early in the process.
