“I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really felt I had to share my experience at Skechers, Queensgate. I had a wonderful visit today. A young lady named Vandhana served me, and she was absolutely amazing. I tried around six pairs of shoes, and while some people might get irritated with that, she stayed so patient, active, and helpful the whole time always with a smile. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes and left feeling genuinely happy with the customer service I received. I had visited the store last Monday and, honestly, the experience was a little disappointing. But today was completely different this time it was amazing”

She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day .
