Samsung turned it around very quickly, tested it several times and returned it to us within 10 days. Cristina from the service centre rang us twice to report on progress and let us know what was being done and when we should be able to collect the phone. A very satisfied customer”

“Amazing service. They put together a series of bits and pieces which meant our watertank had a float that didn't take the water off the bottom. It fitted perfectly and as I watched him put it together I could see it took a lot of knowledge and experience. It is our go to place and the price is always reasonable. If they don't have it they will get it. We buy all our filters there and it is great to have a small personalised business in the local area that is interested in individual solutions.”

Not sure about the people complaining about the prices. They clearly have no idea how much it costs to run a shop these days and keep your head above water. They can always go to the opshops further out.”
