We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations.
