We wanted a pool that gave us room to swim but wouldn’t break the budget - and it was Cascade Pools to the rescue. Matt, Myles and Dino worked with our landscapers and excavation team to make the plan work and have it consented by council. Matt guided us with final choices and selections, taking us to meet another Cascade customer to see their pool to help us make a final colour choice. Myles has seen us through installation and getting the pool up and running, going above and beyond to have us swimming before Christmas and providing ongoing support with our pool maintenance questions. You can see that Cascades is a family company and they are passionate about their clients getting the pool they want and enjoying it for years to come.”

The new sink was the wrong one (the kitchen firm's fault, not the plumbers) so he had to refit the old one. Very competent. Pleasant even in the face of things not going right. Gave good advice. Well mannered. Good itemised account, which was reasonable cost. I would use him again.”

Only option was to ring a plumber that we had used before knowing that they were not open but left a message so that we could deal with it the next day. Within 20 minutes we received a phone call fro Matt and within 15 minutes he was out our door. A temporary fix to get us through the night and he was back the next morning to remedy the situation. Matt is a legend and I have nothing but praise for him and the company who always do a top job. Thank you so much for your speedy response and excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend this company.”
