We needed to replace a few roof tiles, staff in the office were helpful and knowledgeable, the guys in dispatch were really friendly and helpful. The tiles were not expensive at all, and you could get free tile samples from the website too (at the time, not sure if now). Job done, tiles replaced.”

The pull out pantry is like a Tardis – it seems to hold so much and yet everything is visible and accessible. The Kitchen Studio subcontractors work was also amazing. They are clearly a tight knit team who know what is expected of them and they deliver. The finish on the whole kitchen is exceptional. At all times we felt communicated with and aware of what was going on. The four weeks (not five that we were advised) went quickly and we are now enjoying the wonderful space.”

“Our membrane deck was badly damaged during cyclone Gabriele. This caused a lot of water damage to the room below the deck. Due to new building regulations it required a complete reconstruction of the deck with lowering of the ceiling in the down stairs room and lowering of the outside soffits. Four major building companies refused to assist with the repairs. Fortunately I was given Jason’s name. It was a four month project which presented numerous unforeseen and challenging problems. I can honestly say Jason and his team conquered every challenge successfully and left no stone untouched to solve the problem . I have to mention that I am one of those very annoying customers and not a day went by with me wanting to know where, why, what and when. Jason and his team was always there to answer and explain my in hindsight unnecessary concerns. Every stage of the new build was completed to a very high standard of excellence and precision. Jason kept us informed throughout the building process so we knew exactly what was happening and why. I also have to add that the sub contractors being used by Jason works to the same standard of expectation such as expected by Jason. Jason’s building knowledge and experience, his advice given and the team’s attention to detail can only be described as phenomenal. To Jason, Scott, Britney and Jade a massive big thank you for all your hard work. Be assured it is sincerely appreciated.
