“I am a follower of Deli Department, a SPCA foster fail kitty that lives not too far away from Hawke’s Bay. I was in Napier visiting the gorgeous town and thought since I was here, maybe I can get a copy of the SPCA calendar that me, my friends and other Facebook cul…. Club members pitched in from around the world to get Deli Department on the cover (2 years running now). The shop had just closed and I was peeking in the window because I could spot the calendars but couldn’t see the kitty one. The lovely woman came to the door and I just wanted to know if there was any left but unfortunately there wasn’t. The lovely woman, Carren, made a phone call to 2 other locations and told me that she could get one for me!! I paid on the spot and the next day ran out of time to get back but had left my details and my hotel was only a couple blocks away so Carren dropped it off at my hotel and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Carren! This made my trip just that much better!!”

“I lived in hastings for couple years and these guys took very good care of me and my partner. I once had severe diarrhoea and the nurse gave me 2 litre of IV saline, probably saved my life. “I live near Taradale Medical, so I am registered with them and have been for over 10 years. I find the service excellent. If I need to get in urgently I usually can, the staff are polite, caring, patient and friendly. I have Dr Michael Koch who is amazing. I use their online portal and he has even responded over a weekend when it has been urgent. Recently I saw an elderly lady bring in baking for a Dr there. I would highly recommend this service and the staff.”
