Huge shout-out to the wonderful ladies (I wish I got the names), from reception (young pregnant lady) preparation nurse (bluish hair, I think Sandy ) discharge nurse (I hope Suzanne) my apologises if wrong, your mannerism, very polite, caring and especially understanding. Johns surgeon, amazing, spoke easy, clear and words we understood. Yous all made our visit so comfortable as we didn't feel uncomfortable once.
