“Coming home at 8.30pm to find your hot water cylinder leaking and a massive wet patch on the carpet. Tried phoning various 24 hour plumbers no response from anyone. Only option was to ring a plumber that we had used before knowing that they were not open but left a message so that we could deal with it the next day. Within 20 minutes we received a phone call fro Matt and within 15 minutes he was out our door. A temporary fix to get us through the night and he was back the next morning to remedy the situation. Matt is a legend and I have nothing but praise for him and the company who always do a top job. Thank you so much for your speedy response and excellent service. Would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“True professional from start to finish. I contacted Hamish via the contact page on his website. He called back within the day, had come out and looked at my home and provided a quote within 2 days. This was right before Christmas. He then came and completed my job within the first week after the Christmas and New Year break. His communication and customer service was absolutely outstanding and his prices were extremely reasonable. The job was completed to an extremely high standard. In all honesty he has to be the best tradesman I have ever dealt with. All other companies I contacted to replace my gutters were either too busy to come out, came out and looked but never came back with a quote or their quote was significantly more expensive. I find it hard to believe the 2 one star reviews below. They must have had the wrong phone number or something.”
