“Most often in this day and age it is hard to find A++ customer service, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Caitlyn at The Base, she went the absolute extra mile to help me out, succesfully, confidently and cheerfully!!! Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people. But Caitlyn, is the one who pulled it together to make it happen! She's 1 in a million. THANK YOU CAITLYN. P.S I LOVE the Novo footwear, Novo is second to none for price, style and originality!!
