“I must give a huge shout out for Ali. She is a kind understanding patient and highly skilled pharmacy assistant. Her years of experience show through her excellent suggestions. She never pushes a sale or a price range. She would rather you try a sample and come back to her if you are unsure. She was so helpful the other day i left with my samples which were the perfect colour i felt so happy after months of buying other products from other stores which were wrong. A huge waste of money. The shop is stocked well a good range of products for all requirements. At the rear is an excellent pharmacy dispensery with kind helpful staff. Parking sometimes full . Best earlier in day . Posistioned well in victoria street.”

“I am a first time mum, and felt overwhelmed by all the brands and what I actually really needed. I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store. I also love that you can get everything you need from the same shop and there is no pressure, and expert advice, especially on carseats and prams, we learned so much and you can tell Kate knows her stuff and is happy to share any information you ask for. This will be my main shopping spot for all things baby and toddler. Thank you Baby City and thank you Kate. I had also been in a previous 2 times just to look and not buy and the other 2 ladies I met were also friendly and welcoming even though I wasnt ready to purchase yet. The store itself is clean, easy to move around, not cluttered and well organized.”
